negatively rotate, run continuously. When the change of motor rotating speed is 3%, load

change 0-100%, the performance of lasting its voltage is wonderful. It works stably through

the load increase or decrease sharply, meanwhile it can start the unloading rat-cage type

asynchronism motor without using any starting device.
